As a Beauty Expert you will support our customers in finding the right beauty and skincare solutions for them. You will educate and recommend products to our customers utilising your extensive product knowledge across all of our natural beauty ranges providing a personalised customer experience.

Key Accountabilities:

• Be a Brand Ambassador across our natural beauty ranges (full product training given)
• Provide advice, guidance and recommendations to support our customers' needs
• Confidently approach customers to increase awareness across our natural beauty range
• Provide a unique, personalised experience tailored to each customer
• Conduct live product demonstrations
• Work to personal, store and business KPI's
• Perform day to day operational tasks to ensure the store trades to company standards
• Promote cross selling across ranges, reward cards and in store offers.
• Take payment for products within the store
